3 things I noticed in the New York Times redesign Case Study

  1. Problems were carefully listed: The problems users of the New York Times app were experiencing like coverage, Lack of usage, and Irrelevant content were first listed to give us a scope of the redesign.

  2. The processes involved were explained nicely making the case study very well self-explanatory.

  3. Design proposals were also given to show what will be done in the redesign
